He went in on his day off the remedy the situation prior to calling us. I cannot explain to you how much this man actually did today when he didn't even have to. Our issue was mainly with the Sunbury location and their "corporate policies" (that corporate did not agree with). Thank you Matt for caring and going above and beyond for customers that were not even yours. I hope the Sunbury location can learn from you.”
