Dont hesitate to rent from here, my rental didnt go through on the computer.. Emily made it right and even upgraded me to a better car.. Top notch service, will definitely return for future rentals..

BEWARE. I had to rent a truck for 3 months since mine was badly damaged after I was hit in an accident. I asked Emily if I needed to clean the truck after my rental period and she said no just fill the gas tank, so after my rental period I dropped it off with a full tank then cleaned out all of my tools and left no debris behind. A few days later Hertz tried to run my credit card for $250 without my permission claiming there was excessive dirt in the vehicle. I'm a contractor so of course there was going to be dirt, which they were aware of prior to me renting the vehicle, which is why I asked if I needed to return the vehicle cleaned. You know it's bad when the only reviews on here with 5 stars are from the employees.
