EDIT: What a generic nonhelpful response - what a surprise! The number you gave is one of the many, many numbers we have reached out to over the course of SIX MONTHS and still no one can tell us where the money is and how long it will take to get back. The supervisors and employees at this branch and within the company ALL just continue to lie about it being sent, then it's not sent, then no one can tell if it's been sent but somehow it'll be there eventually. Six months is long enough. FTC report has been filed!This bank will steal your money and no one cares about giving it back to you! In the last year this has happened to my boyfriend 3 times and we're currently still waiting on a large amount they have been holding for 6 months now, that they've lied and said they'll send back and never do. I guess it's time to get the FTC/FDIC and lawyers involved for fraud! Check your accounts, this bank is probably stealing from you too!

Traci and Abby are always radiating positity when I stop by to do my banking on my day off. They smile the entire time and go out of their way to make the experience personable for myself and the other customers that have been there at the same time as myself.I am constantly pleased by this branch as a customer and that was the strong motivator in my decision to apply for a job with the Heartland Branch in Johnstown. My family has banked here for years and the staff has always been understanding, friendly, compassionate, and helpful.

This is a wonderful hometown bank. They always are friendly and easy to work with. We were even able to open an account during the pandemic shutdown with a phone call and quick stop in the drive-through. Sarah had everything all set up for us.

Had a quick and painless experience with cashing a few checks recently. Even due to Covid, I was in and out in 10 minutes! I understand the tellers were under a lot pressure but they acted quickly and timely!

Not impressed. They give people the run around. Won’t return phone calls unless you basically harass them. They’ll tell you everyone is busy (even if you’ve made an appointment) and when you look in the window they’re just sitting in their office. I would never again do business with this bank.

This is an awesome bank. They are always helpful and very professional. They always want to make sure they are doing the right thing and treating you like they would want to be treated. Ebony is wonderful to work with. She is very excited patient and professional.

Ive been banking with this bank since I got of the Army in 2001. Tanya has been nothing but helpful and friendly for that entire time. Recently, Sarah, Ebony and John have all also been great to work with. This staff knows me and my family by name. I would recommend this branch to anybody.
