Great gym but for some reason it gets extremely smoky in there. This only happens every now and then so I’m not sure what it is. Makes it hard to breathe when you’re pushing through a high intensity workout.

Just WOW, what an experience. Let me 1st tell you Ive had my day in college football back in 2013 at Otterbein University. Ive always been invested in health and wellness. Im someone who would bring value and attention to a small business like this one. On Sunday Jan 22nd I requested to see this facility to possible become a member. I talked to a person by the name of Mandy (owner) . She stated she would meet me at 3pm to see the facility. Keep in mind during our conversation she seemed very agitated and irritated that she had to come see me. Upon arrival Mandy asked if I would like to join as I responded I would like to see the facility 1st and try it out before I become a member. After this response she became more irritated and stated she left her family to come see me. I was very taken back by how she treated me as A new customer. This is by far the worst customer experience i’ve ever had in my entire 30 years of living. I was transparent with her and explained to her I was a little taken back on how she’s communicating with me, she then responded you’re not going to tell me how to talk in my own gym, I left my family for this, we don’t need your business clearly. Keep in mind you there was not one other single person in this gym/2 car garage that you could call and Gym. You could’ve sworn this lady had 67 different gyms across the United States. I’m not even sure you could call this a gym, it was just a two car garage in the middle of nowhere! Please please please do not ever go to this gym as it will be a complete waste of time not only in equipment but even more importantly as a customer. These are not the type of people you want to give your money to. Regardless of what I will say this small business will be going out of business here shortly because no successful business communicates with there customers in this manner!! If I give give -10 stars I would!!!!!!!!

I seriously can not recommend this gym enough! I joined FitZone in July of 2020, I hadn’t worked out In years and was at my worst physical shape. Since that day I have found not only the most welcoming gym I have ever stepped foot in but also a community of people who are supportive and encouraging of every members fitness journey. Chip and Mandy have created something very special here. If you are looking for a judgment free atmosphere and some of the best group fitness offerings around- look no further!

If you are looking for a positive, supportive, and incredibly qualified staffed gym, your search is over. Fit zone 11 offers group fitness, cross training, youth fitness, weight lifting, cycling, and so much more. The level of comfort I feel when I walk in to this gym is unmatched. Doesn’t matter your age, fitness level, or anything else. This gym is inclusive, motivating, and helps you not just get strong physically, but mentally too! Love this gym!

I will try to keep this short and sweet but there is not enough words to describe how amazing this gym is! Mandy, Chip, and all the other instructors are the best! I was never one to go to a gym, but now I've been going there for a year and a half! This is one of the greatest support systems and I consider them my second family!

I can’t speak more highly of Chip & Mandy! I’ve lived here in J-town for 2 years and they were some of the first people I met. Mandy has been an ear to me wanting to finally find my motivation. She encouraged me when I wasn’t ready but never left me out when I just wasn’t there. Now here I am... 4 weeks into consistent working out with FZ & I feel like I’ve found my family. Along with my what they offer for kids & my husband, I’ve been busting my butt to find my zone & I found it with them! I cannot wait to continue to focus on my fitness along side two amazing humans & all the incredible people I’ve met since joining!

I have gone to a few other gyms in the past. Nothing compares to Fit Zone 11! It is my second family, it’s a no judgement zone. And I can not say enough about Mandy and Chip they are more than just owners! They truly care about every single person and they go above to help anyone out! I love my gym, I love my family

Great gym run by a great staff of fit ppl. I take Brazilian Brazilian jiujitsu here, instructed by Chico Bays. I suggest everyone visit at least once if you are looking to get fit
