Holy. Wow.
It almost doesn’t surprise me with the way the world is today. I’m a few days away from 38 weeks pregnant. I’ve been instructed to check my blood pressure at a local pharmacy to ensure I don’t have preeclampsia. I’m extremely swollen and extremely pregnant with a toddler. I tried calling to ask if they have a blood pressure checker. I called literally over 8 times and could not get through the automated system. So I finally decided to try selecting the provider option. It immediately put me through. Imagine that.
The pharmacist answered and was rude right off the bat. I asked if they had one and she said she wasn’t sure, I needed to just come and check. “It should be out there”
What pharmacist doesn’t know if they have a blood pressure checker? And then she asked if I was a patient. I told her it was the only way I could get through. She kept cutting me off to tell me it was a new system and people are supposed to just leave a voicemail.
I can’t even comprehend what just happened. Welcome to pharmacies in 2024-2025. ??

Leaving another review specifically for Jeff - the pharmacist! He's so kind and honestly I've never had a pharmacist call me with an update directly! Definitely went the extra mile to provided exceptional customer service. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

The new tech is the most ridiculous heartless rudest person ever! You can't understand him most days when he does talk he whispers and is unwilling to help! For months they have messed my boyfriend's prescription up because they don't check the answering machine! Why have one if you don't check it? Change yours hours if your so under staffed instead of taking it out on the people who keep your job for you!! Stop wasting our time with sorry excuses man up do the job your paid for!!!! Ask for help call corporate them your pharmacy has turned into chaos. Stop telling us 1 hour and it turns into 24 or I don't have it knowing you have not checked your messages to even begin to fill the missing prescription!!!

The store & pharmacy always seem understaffed. Self checkout is sometimes the only option with staff nowhere in sight to scan IDs if you have an age-restricted item. The pharmacy sometimes closes inside & the long drive-thru line is your only option. Shelves are also quite empty. I will be transferring my prescriptions to the grocery store across the street so I no longer need to shop at this CVS location.

Slow and uncaring staff.... they will see you waiting and proceed to continue talking amongst themselves or talk on their phones or just ignore you in general. Its always a long wait anymore and half the time you've veen getting text saying your rx is ready and that was a lie.

On multiple occasions the oharamcy tech has said that my script isnt ready. Despite the confirmation text coming through. When I insist they check with the pharmacist, the script is suddenly ready.

Not very bright pharmacy staff member and let the line get BIGGER and they told me to come back in 1 -4 hours and it should be ready. My doctor already told me that they called and send them for my prescription and I get it that low staff but being rude or saying you might need come back is insane when you don’t have a driver license and had to walk everywhere ugh ?

The pharmacist John gave us the rudest most derogatory encounter my wife and I have ever experienced regarding any medical professional scenario. We arrived 10 minutes prior to close with one person in front already being worked with. After waiting 12 minutes upon arriving to the window 2 minutes after close we were greeted to the most sarcastic and disrespectful tone claiming “we’re too late.” He then went on to laugh at us and walked away. There’s no way individual of this character should be in charge of such an important duty and would highly suggest reviewing his actions. A simple respectful response to being closed and legally not being able to help would have been more than sufficient but the immature attitude should not have been present. There’s a pharmacy directly across the street that we’ll make sure to use from here on out if this gentleman remains to represent this organization.

Always so kind! And fast! Been going there my whole life and they’ve never done me wrong. Can’t say enough good things about the my pharmacy! Jeff is great and so is the other staff.

this is a 0 star pharmacy - be aware - they have 0 customer service and never answer their phone. It's worth driving 100 miles away to avoid this mess.
