I took my 2018 ford motor home with only 29,000 miles for a basic front end alignment . Got a call back from the service advisor Greg Wise, who informed me that they inspected the car and found all the steering linkage is loose top and lower ball joints need replaced on both sides and also excessive play in the bearings and recommended re-pack in the bearings also to the tune of $3400. I know a little bit about cars and I took it to a reputable dealer who has specialized in alignments and frame repair, they have been in business for 63 years with a good reputation. They inspected the front end and found nothing wrong whatsoever with the vehicle. They did a the front end alignment for $165. I hate being lied to, and will never remove this review, even if the general manager calls and asked me to to . If you liked being lied to take your car here ha ha ha.

The dealership did a great job with my recall on my Bronco Raptor and did a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation !Service technician Trey was very pleasant and helpful with all my concerns and questions about my vehicle. Thank you.I will be bringing all my Ford vehicles for service here going forward!!

Easiest car purchase ever! I live 2 hours away and was on vacation with the plan to swing off route to Coughlin and test drive a truck *if* it could meet my company’s needs (work truck). The sales rep Corey was amazing from the first phone call. He test drove the truck, pulled the car fax and then called me with real, honest feedback so that I could decide if it was worth the detour to test drive it. It was totally worth it AND they delivered the truck to my residence 2 hours away! I will 100% shop at Coughlin again.

My wife and I purchased our first new car this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. Corey Rose is a fantastic salesman with no nonsense and no games. He's a down-to-earth guy who genuinely enjoys working with customers, and it shows in his work. We got an awesome deal on a new Ranger, and my wife is thrilled with it. We got more options for a lower price than other dealers nearby. I do all of my own regular maintenance and repairs, but our past experiences with recalls and ordering parts have gone very well also. This is a dealership we will definitely continue to do business with.

Car was brought in for minor body damage a month ago. I was told on Monday the collision center was completed with their work. I was also told that again this morning when I called in after I received an email asking for me to take a survey for the COMPLETED work on my car. I called in and spoke to the service department because the car needed a rim and TPS replaced. I was told the car was on the rack and it should be done by the end of the day. Trey asked if I wanted to pick up the car from service or collision, I told him service because they’re open an hour later. Get there to pick up the car and it’s not ready, and back in the collision center. We never received a call to let us know it had gone back to the collision center, or that it wasn’t ready. The ONLY communication we received from Coughlin was the email stating the work was completed. Of course, the collision center is closed for the weekend. POOR COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why does nobody know how to do their job these days? It is SO EASY to pick up a phone and call someone. Much room for improvement with this team.Update: After all was said and done, they did correct the issues at hand, and even made an additional trip to my work for the final step of completion. Eric in the collision center went above and beyond to make things right. We really appreciate him!

Ken worked with our schedules and never felt like we were highly pressured into anything. The worst customer I have ever received at a dealership. I drive to the dealership and told the guy on the phone that i would be at the truck i was looking ro purchase. I get there and wait for 30 min. Irritated that it was taking longer than 10 minutes but i waited. 30 minutes cones up and a guy in shorts jumps in the truck and takes off. Then the car parked beside him was his friends so obviously they had just bought the truck. The guy that was supposed to meet me didnt even call to let me know it was being processed. I will never go back and i will slam the dealership everytime someone talks about buying a truck.

Never buy from Coughlin Ford of Heath. Ordered my dream 2022 F150 from Ericka Cravens little over a year ago to tow our family camper which I was repeatedly assured this F150 would easily do. 21,000 miles later I have a truck that even Ericka Cravens and Service Manager stated they wouldn't feel comfortable putting their own families in. I've had to bring it in for service 5-6 times with numerous warning lights and bells going off. Last couple of weeks the truck has died twice in traffic and it felt like transmission was falling out. First time they replaced rear axle and sensors. Week later (as we speak) it happens again, this time they replace front axle and sensors. Their solution? Try to upsell me to an $81k 2023 F150 offering me high $40's for my dream truck I owe $45k on. A brand new F150 a year old with 21,000 miles on with service records from the service department so long it looks like I've been shopping at CVS for days on end. And all they can do is try and upsell me. I'm stunned how pathetic Ericka Cravens and Coughlin Ford of Heath are. I've never experienced such abysmal service in 50 years of buying vehicle.

Corey Rose did an excellent job of showing us the truck we was interested in. Corey kept us informed when the truck would be available for pickup. I felt we received a good offer on our trade in. If you need a vehicle go to Coughlin Ford of Pataskala and ask for Corey. They also have a great financial department.

Absolutely blown away with the horrible experience I had here. I have waited 6+ months to schedule an appt for the recall on my vehicle, which was due to Ford not having the parts. I finally called to schedule one and had an appt. Coughlin called me back directly to reschedule for a sooner date. Not me reaching out to them. I brought my vehicle in at 7:45 am for my appt and was told it would be a few hours. Totally fine so I left my vehicle there for the day. I get notified at 3pm that they haven’t even started my vehicle and they can try again tomorrow. This is absolutely absurd. When I called them directly to speak about this, because they chose to text me that I won’t be getting my vehicle back today as scheduled instead of calling me to discuss, I was met with an attitude and constantly just being told it’s not their fault. Which I can understand to an extent. However their excuse was that another vehicle was on the rack and missing a part so they couldn’t work on mine. So you mean to tell me you guys didn’t work on a single vehicle all day because one was there waiting for a part you don’t even have??? There’s absolutely no way this is accurate. I was also informed that your APPOINTMENT time is not actually that. It’s a time for you to drop the vehicle off to the advisor and that’s all. They don’t start working on it at your APPOINTMENT time. So good luck scheduling anything there. I totally understanding that they wouldn’t take my car back THAT minute, but I expect it to be taken back within an hour or so. That’s not unreasonable. What if I was stuck sitting there all day?? I scheduled with a different dealership already and would rather wait months for another dealership to get the part then bring it back here.
