After today I am DONE with bath and body works products! Tired of coming in to buy and the signature scents that I’ve used forever are no longer sold!!I’ll go to AirWick for my plug ins because this is ridiculous with you guys!!No more Comfort (aromatherapy), Restful Moon (aromatherapy), and a ton of other wallflowers I use are no longer sold! I’m so heated after going in the store today I should return the entire bag and be done now. But I’m going to enjoy the last of the Mahogany Coconut plugs and then go from there!Soooooo Mad right now! Bad bad business decisions being made here in an economy that YOU can’t afford to lose customers in!

If you come early than your appointment time don’t expect to be unloaded. It took them 3 hrs to unload my truck even after when it was my turn. Place is nice, people in the office are nice too but will not help you even if they have available docks because they are all “scheduled”. Not coming to the place for sure

Nice people and one of the cleanest distribution centers I have been to. 0 trash in parking lot. They seem to be well organized and things ran very smoothly when I was there. Over all one of the better distribution centers I have been too.

Most of the time, in and out in under 2 hours. Have sat there for over 6 hours before. Depends. Friendly staff. Huge lot. Nice bathroom for drivers.

Easy to reach there from OH-161 to Beech St and right to Smith’s Mill, proceed to the intersection of Innovation Campus and take right. Check in by the security shack. And proceed to the office. If only I could put negative 5 stars. Was there 30 minutes before my appointment, was sent to staging area. No calls in the next hour. When I came to the office again and asked bald light hair man about my unloading, he said that they have no docks and I should wait for one hour. Why do you arrange an appointments when you don’t follow time? Only one guy Feliciano helped me! Thank you!
