The Employee was extremely rude and then started yelling racial slurs at me over a discrepancy over me buying cigarettes.. it was an older over weight white lady with no teeth.. this was on 6/30/22 around 5pm.. I'll never go back in there again

One of the cleanest, stocked & organized gas stations I have ever been in. I didn’t check out the restroom, just the store. Very impressed!

I stopped in a Shell Truck stop in Jeffersonville Ohio (35 NW) on November 2021 at 6:30pm and the attendant or cashier was very rude. He refused to sell me lottery tickets. He said that he was not trained to do it and he was just forced to work that day at that time and that he had no help. He didn’t care about any consequences regarding this. He said he didn’t have to know how to use the lottery computer or how to get lottery tickets printed because he belonged to a different shift. He didn’t care whether sell lottery tickets was his job or not! He plainly refused to take my already filled out lottery cards and the cash. So I left without buying my lottery numbers. Train him his duties and responsibilities please!!!!

Please do better. Wonder why people working register would be on the phone while customers waiting. With two of you, you still couldn’t work a lottery machine. And with two of you running it was still wrong!

Pretty clean, but the pumps are extremely slow. You'll be waiting at least 10 mins if you need to fill up.

Clean and very nice girl working alone tonight.I was told the had no bags to put my merchandise in. I asked if I could have a trash bag to carry it all at once instead of making three trips. She said No. The company has a strick policy of not doing that even though they are always out of bags.If I ever go back in there I'll be sure to drag a wheel barrel with .e to carry my purchases out.

Great place with nothing to offer but park overnight and the older lady with fake blond hair and a fake accent will deliberately short change you in the morning. She's had practice, she distracts you and pushes the wrong change in your hand really fast and walks to the back really quick, after you get to hear some sob story about a hurricane and her roof, pathetic. Dirt lot with no room for error behind the place, if you go to far you will get stuck. Nothing inside to buy but candy and pop, only one stall in the bathroom. Conclusively, watch your money when you pay, a 50$ bill will get rung up as a 20$ bill and she will quickly try to push the money in your hand.
