The lady that’s works here comes in when she’s off a let her ? walk around the store and in Deny’s without a leash on. The dog came up to me while I was standing in Denys waiting on my food ? and started shaking dog hair around ?

Elisa is one of the best worker I've ever seen in pilot stores across America. She cleaned the women's bathroom like she'd clean her own. It was very refreshing to see the amount of care she put into it. Glad to know I stopped at a pilot that was very clean. She was very nice and sweet worker. Give her a raise!!! I'll be back to check too lol.

This Pilot Flying J has been our go-to RV stopover for years traveling between NY and Alabama. Always large parking areas for big and small RVs were available. This year there is a new section going in for electric vehicle charging. It wipes out a ton of room to not only park but to try and navigate around it. What used to be a nice clean stop is now very unkempt looking. The Denny’s here looks abandoned, and they were out of almost everything we ordered from drinks to meals. Very sad to see one of our favorite spots in this condition.

Showers are nasty pulling towels out and drying the floor and that's it. Went to the restaurant to eat supper were out of damn near everything and when we ordered the Cobb salad was missing everything. The chicken strip dinner had burnt chicken and the salad was rotten. The only thing that was any good was the water

Clean your showers so drivers don't wait close to 2 hours when there are 5 or 6 showers are waiting to be cleaned

Do not think about getting their pizza!
Look how burned it is. I ordered a whole cheese pizza, and they said 10 minutes and waited for 15 minutes. Then, they first got me a pepperoni pizza! 5 minutes later they give this burned cheese pizza! DO NOT waste your time and money! I hope I can give them a zero start

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is really ridiculous to say the least especially from Pilot/Flying J as big as you guys are. There was literally no food at all up in the hot bar & you folks can forget about Deny's. Please dont even waste your time..Pilot higher ups.. Please read carefully...If you have an establishment like the Deny's you have here in the shape that its in, just do yourselves a favor and cut ties with them...Its not fair to your paying customers & you guys should have some food up in your hot bar..Truckers, i advise you all to pile up over at Sheets across the interstate. They have food 24hrs & it is a good establishment to spend your money...I mean we might as well spend what lil we have with folks that actually care...Clearly Pilot/Flying J dosen't & it shows. This is really shameful...I have no idea what's going on around in this country but it sure dosen't look good...No one seems to care at all. Shame on you Pilot/Flying J. I expect more from you guys as big you all are & as long as you all been around...SHAME

The place is not very clean and the Dennys here sucks! Waited 35 minutes and only got our drinks. Left 5 bucks on the table and walked out. The waitress was outside smoking when we left. Real nice

Reason why is 4:30pm they have no food made ! My husband was told they aren’t making anything fresh either . Not everyone wants to go to Denny’s and get food ! I guess they don’t care about there truck drivers at this location .

Very clean bathrooms that seem to be well maintained and perhaps recently renovated. The convenience store staff were also very nice.

Huge parking but nothing else… 7am and there is no food ?♂️ how they doing business? They have 200 truckers every morning ready to purchase breakfast but no… they decided no food needed. Danny’s it’s not open until noon sometimes so don’t count on them…
