Chris answered all of my questions and was there the day we brought the first load of antique furniture . Our family heirlooms were kept clean and dry thru all the season changes .The online process makes it seamless you are able to view several photos of the various units and secure rental online and also make payments !Chris even supported us when the keys to the lock on our unit came up missing .He met me at the unit on a very cold day and cut the locks off and helped us start over with a combination lock !!They have expanded and are active in community .Thank you Chris and family for your kindness and support during a stressful time .Kathy Sparks and family”

“Secure storage unit but you can't get in overnight and it's really difficult to try to get ahold of anybody if you have a problem or need to speak to somebody immediately or within a reasonable time frame in my experience but overall it's a good storage unit I feel like my belongings are safe there so it does the job it's intended to”
