I posted a review yesterday about my impressions of the service here.
I went in today and spoke with Jeff personally.
They were understaffed and I was still taken care of well. Jeff helped me a lot today.
I do recommend village hardware!

We stopped in today to utilize the UPS drop off for an Amazon return. They printed the label for me. They can not do the qr scan code. So you have to have the label. But I didn’t I had the QR code. Anyway. He let me send it to the store to be printed so the package could go out. Great service.

This hardware store is my favorite!
The new ownership is adding new products weekly. They are extremely knowledgeable about hardware and have experience working in the commercial and private construction industry. Not only can they get you the right supplies for your job, you can ask them for any tips or tricks to see if they can make a hard job easier for you?
