I posted a review yesterday about my impressions of the service here.
I went in today and spoke with Jeff personally.
They were understaffed and I was still taken care of well. Jeff helped me a lot today.
I do recommend village hardware!

We stopped in today to utilize the UPS drop off for an Amazon return. They printed the label for me. They can not do the qr scan code. So you have to have the label. But I didn’t I had the QR code. Anyway. He let me send it to the store to be printed so the package could go out. Great service.

Nizen Motor parts is more than motor parts. Better than True Value I think. The guys are very helpful.
