I called here on behalf of my grandmother to cancel an appointment, gave her info, and what the appointment was for but the woman who answered told me she didn’t know what I was talking about. Which is fine, but it’s like she wanted me off the phone. She could see the appointment and confirmed the apt I was talking about, but couldn’t even tell me what the right doctor was for her so I didn’t have to bother them. I work as a receptionist too and I wouldn’t be that snotty with someone who didn’t give them an attitude. A doctor there has also constantly shrugged off my grandparents and would rush them out of the room when I went with. Very disappointed.

This location is a Doctors office only. The express care here was closed in 2020 when covid hit.

My Doctor asked me get blood work. I went to the lab and the woman behind the desk was more than happy to tell me they were at lunch and I would have to come back after one. No where on this website or posted in their hours of operation does it say they are closed for lunch. So do not go between noon and one.

Rude. I tried calling several times and was hung up on all but the one time where I said "Hi". They said they couldn't hear me and that they would call back. It has been over half an hour and no call back.Nobody asked to place me on hold. Nobody asked why I was calling. They just hung up.

Great place the Express care staff are fabulous!!! Fast, caring all around great care from check in to nurse care doctor care lab and X-ray. Would go back again and again if need to.

The staff has always been courteous and friendly. Our entire family uses Dr Andi - the man is a fantastic doctor. He listens and is , without a doubt, the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met.
