Very professional and helpful. I am so happy with all the repairs they did on my jewelry. Every piece fits perfectly and looks so beautiful. (Not pictured was the diamond necklace and earrings that were also repaired) Very friendly, great customer service and very fair pricing and ready for pick up when promised.

My first time ever writing a bad review for a small business inside the county… I was recommended to resize my fiancé’s engagement ring there for its first resizing just a few months after proposing which was a custom job from a notable California jeweler. Within a month of a $150 resizing by making it a few sizes smaller her ring was warped and distorted.
Upon sending the ring to California we are looking at over $500 of shipping and repair costs due to a poor resizing done in this store that has completely attacked the ring’s structural integrity. Never again will I go there or recommend this establishment.
Also a note if purchasing a custom ring… having work done by someone other than the maker voids all warranties for structural integrity. Lesson learned

First time shopper. Very friendly greeting, happy to help. Fixed while I was in the store and ordered a new chain I wanted. Excellent price! Very personable. Will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I could not recommend these jewelers more! I took a ring there wanting to get the stone reset. They did a fantastic job. They explained everything to me, treated me kindly, and worked hard to get me what I was looking for! 100% the best customer service I’ve had in my entire life!!

Beautiful pieces at great prices, but the real reason to choose Hofstetter is the personal, friendly service. Since I met them, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my wife's (and now my daughter's) ever-expanding jewelry collection.

I went in with a specific budget and a firm idea of what I was looking for. They were beyond helpful, kind, and understanding of what I was looking for. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for jewelry.
