Excellent Customer Service! Visited the branch today due to some online banking issues, and they saw it through until the end to get it addressed for me. They stayed after hours since I came at the end of the day, and they were just as accommodating. Very satisfied with them taking care of their customers. Nice job!

The employees are the absolute best! Facility is clean. Any banking needs, they offer. I work with them personally and professionally and they are easy to deal with, always polite, and will answer any questions I may have in a timely matter.

The ATM is constantly out of order. It seems like they never manage to fix it. Part of the reason I chose the Jefferson Huntington bank was because it was close to home and convenient. Due to the ATM being out of order so frequently, it has become an inconvenient location because I have to drive to Ashtabula to use the ATM.

The employees are Great but Hours are the worst. - Can't believe a bank that doesn't open their drive thru until 9 am. I have to make a special trip to do my banking on Saturdays rather than on my way to or from work which is within a few miles. Think I'll be going elsewhere.
