Discount Drug Mart is a friendly neighborhood store that has served Ohio for over 50 years, offering a convenient and welcoming shopping experience. Most staff members are very nice, with only occasional exceptions. Customers appreciate the helpful and kind pharmacy employees who assist with insurance and medication needs. However, some concerns include not always receiving senior discounts on weekends and issues with WIC-eligible produce not being in the system. Customers also recommend checking receipts carefully before updating WIC cards. Despite minor issues, many find the staff helpful and the store a reliable place to shop for prescriptions and everyday items.
The majority of people we have encountered are very nice. There is an occasional one or two that aren’t as pleasant. Also on Weekends we don’t get our senior discount. Only once have we gotten it. I didn’t think we had to ask about every time we are there in Wednesdays but I will be bringing it up from now on.
