Third time I’ve been here and have been more than satisfied all 3 times. Bob takes a lot of pride in the work his shop does. Takes the time to explain what he’s going to do with your car and why. My latest repair job came as the result of a personal friend who backed into my wife’s car and wanted to pay for the damage out of pocket. Bob worked with me to get a used tail light assembly and aftermarket bumper (rather than a higher priced OEM part) to keep the price as low as possible. An A-1 place to get your car repaired!Service: Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. I hit a deer with my truck and had to use my wife's vehicle to go back and forth to work while it was being worked on here. The problem was that she had to go back to work after being off from Covid for a while and Custom Quality Collision had very little time to work on my truck before I would have to get a rental and give her car back. They offered to help us out with a rental and everything, but we ended up not needing it because Bob and his excellent team were so fast, they got it done in less than a week even with having to do some body work, fix the radiator and fan, and a lot more. You would think that with speedy service like this that the quality would suffer a little, but it absolutely did not. The customer service was amazing as he kept us up to date through the whole process. Quality is in their name and it absolutely shows! Thank you so much to Bob and his team for being so prompt and really getting us out of a bind.

Wow. I’ll bring all my future business to this guy if needed. Prompt estimate, best work I’ve seen. So easy to deal with. I was literally in there and had my car back in 24 hours (your results may vary, I just needed cosmetic paint job) but wow, every other place I called told me 5 days for that job and he had it done in a day. Fantastic business, great owner!!!!!
