Ive been waiting on certified mail all day today and was sitting close to the front door at the time the mailman "allegedly" tried to deliver the mail. He never bothered knocking on the door to get my signature and now I can't get anyone at the actual post office to answer their phone. Do better or hire better people.

3 packages no drop off. Drove on by. Had to make multiple calls to get my packages. And I'm the only one in household who has this problem. Get it together or hire new people. Drove past without even stopping.

Was passing thru town and needed to mail a Few things- asked a carrier with short brown hair for help but she was very rude- fortunately a clerk named Angela came out and offered to help. If only all their employees were as pleasant as her. She really went the extra mile.

no wonder why USPS is going under. i cant order a simple item without them saying my driveway was inaccessible (it isnt) or that im not home for it (im outside working in my front yard) and forcing me to come pick it up at terrible times.then their phones are disconnected so you cant call them. when you call corporate, its miles of automated red tapea total joke

Been doing Amazon subscribe and save for years. My normal mailman changed. My driveway is average. They had a new person and the manager first said they wouldn't deliver to my porch because they had no where to park. Then goes on to reveal he was not going to make her carry 35 pound boxes up to my porch. Now they are retaliating and placing boxes in my yard, beside vehicles, in front of the garage especially when its raining that day. I'm gathering evidence its quite obvious they want to play games. So our tax dollars for the town of Jackson are employing 90% unprofessional tyrants. Everyone may want to keep an eye on the news as its unbelievable how the servants are treating the citizens of Jackson. Complete failure from management. I'm not speaking bad about the good folks they know who they are. Everyone will know who the bad ones are when they are highlighted and made stars via the news and social media. Internal investigations don't work Noone is held responsible. Record your interactions with these clowns thats my opinion do what you believe is right. Then make them stars when they show how big of a tyrant they are via social media etc.. Its time for change in this post office.

Absolutely horrible. I go in to pick up my package because I need it for the morning and she doesn’t even look for it, not even on the computer. Tracking says it in the faculty but she steps 2 steps in front of me and says, no, I don’t have it without even looking. Kept telling me that it may need a signature but it doesn’t. It wasn’t out for delivery today, I just wanted to pick it up. But she apparently didn’t want to go look. I’ve been trying to call for over an hour but the phone is always busy, must be off the hook too.

There's one absolutely miserable woman that works there, who is rude, and hateful, and ridiculously annoying. She ruins the whole place. I'd give this place 5 stars if I happened to go there when it was her day off every time.
