These people are scammers and will be reporting to bbb. They had no intention of fixing my car or giving a true estimate to insurance. After one of their mechanics told me there was no frame damage they proceeded to give a marked up quote of 17,000 for damage that was clearly not that bad. I got an estimate done and took my car home and only brought it back to shop to drop it off because they said it was not safe to drive, they then proceeded to take parts off my car that I never gave them permission to and came up with random fees of 2,000 for my insurance to pay aside from storage fees they never even mentioned, these people were in to making easy money without doing any work from the beginning . If you want a chance of fixing your car go somewhere else

Took my 2023 WRX there after I hit a deer early May, received the car back just in time for 4th of July
Whilst it took a while for the entire process to be completed, most of the delays were on the insurance company’s side, not on Slark’s.
These guys did not cut corners, and made sure every single damaged part was replaced and repaired properly. The car looked almost brand new once finished.
Only gripe is that they could have been a bit better in keeping me updated during the repair process, but I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend these guys

This place is where everyone should go! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work on my car. They had me look it over with the boss, Dale. That's rare, now days most bosses don't do that. My car was perfectly painted and cleaned up very well! It looked better than ever! I will continue to take my families vehicles to Slarks in the future. Very pleased ? !

There very good at keeping your car 7 months without finishing it along with keeping any extra money from the job. all around a garbage place to do busines.

First exp 2 yrs ago no problems everything went smoothly great work.This experience not so much.Upon calling leaving my name and info for an appointment for estimate, I was told to just stop by. When taking the car in I was greeted with smiles. Until I told what my insurance was. I was immediately told they would not be interested in dealing with us. We were refused an estimate. Was told to wait for the estimate from the insurance company and they are not interested with repairing our car if we were using Geico!Then the guy told us.... He was actually the owner!Not enough space to tell about how polite I was to the man and I was treated disrespectfully.Yes my husband said we will have to take it somewhere else angrily. I was willing to pay cash since we have a deductable anyway and it was MY car but the owner was even rude to me at that point! Just a mess but he's the owner he has a right to pick and choose his customers it's not about the money.... He's got that! It's about his negative interactions with one adjuster at Geico (that was not our adjuster) but still kept repeating how he was not interested bc he is the adjuster for our area. I offered to pay cash but was discriminated against because of our possible insurance adjuster. The world is not the same!I felt put in my place and schooled like a child upon leaving. These are the highlights of our experience.

Excellent workmanship, they worked hard to find a quality replacement bed for my truck. Finished product was flawless and amazing people to deal with. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. They have my business from now on.

Took my car here to get it fixed they did do a good job of fixing my car however I was not informed that if I paid with my debit card that I would have to pay a service fee vs paying cash and not having to deal with that I will never take another car there again and I would not recommend it if you want your car back in a timely manner.
