Everyone was polite, waiting room was clean, with magazines and TV. Wait was shorter than I thought it would be, I got 2back tires, rotors and brakes. It's a small family run shop.

I have a tire that leaks air, and they took a look at it and since they couldn’t find anything, refused payment. A nice group of guys and they’ll be my first choice for future business.

Hit something and busted my tire. Air was hissing out like crazy, rushed to Poor Boy’s because it was the closest. Didn’t have any of my size tires in stock so the guy put my spare on for me. GREAT customer service!!!! The guy that changed my tire was so hospitable and friendly and the guy in the office wouldn’t let me pay a penny!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! You all know how to provide great customer service!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place for all of your tire needs!

We left our vehicle for a week and on the last day when we are ready to pick it up and call to get the total. They say they just started and it isn’t something they cant do because of wires that have been spliced. Said we have to take it to the Ford garage. We do that and have to extend our rental car several days and then find it was not that and blower motor is all that was wrong . This cost use 200 more by having to go there and a weeks more on rental. Thanks for nothing and if you want something done and done right don’t go there.
