Will never go back. First time trying this place. Needed acrylic fill-in with gel paint, and asked for a pedicure. Lady asked if I had color on my toes I said yes and wanted them painted as well.
Lady had me sit down and started removing color and I ask if I could see the colors to pick from, told her I had never been there. She hands me one book. I later seen Customers being handed two or three books to choose from. I stated I didn't know there were more to choose from. No comment from lady.
Lady not nice, kept quickly tapping my hands to have me change hands etc and never once smiled.
Got to the pedicure chair and she began removing my color and started to paint my toes. I ask her if she was going to do my pedicure and she Rudely said I told her I just wanted collar change.
I told her fine just paint them and I'll go elsewhere later. No Apology of any type. I mean I understood the miscommunication but geeze.
Then was charged $100 bucks for fill in and painted toes!!!
I got a full manicure with full acrylics and a full pedicure with the works at a place in Gallipolis 4 weeks earlier for $140 which included my $20 tip! Very friendly and actually smiled!
This place needs to be taught people skills! And definitely did not get my moneys worth!
She definitely did not get a tip!

I haven’t gotten my nails done in 10 years, and wanted to take my 11-year old niece to get hers done with me. Online I had already checked prices before walking in, I read on the site that it would cost $50 for a set of regular acrylics, $65 for French nails (I got simple acrylics with painted French nails, I was told when my nails were being filed into almond shape, that please let’s keep them square-shaped as I am a nurse and this could get tricky for me in patient care. I was told No, we are doing almond shape because it looked better on my long fingers, that square would look bad because my fingers are too long. I said okay to proceed with the almond shape, despite feeling nervous about work. The nails I received were beautiful, however they were not almond shaped, they were closer to stiletto, and made it very hard to do anything with them. I was told my niece’s nails were to be $85. She got regular painted acrylics with a single design of a spider on each ring-finger. (Extra $10 for each design, understandable, which should have made a regular set $50 plus $20 in designs, making hers at maximum $70.) after telling them I was a nurse and that I hadn’t got my nails done in 10 years and wasn’t sure what to do, I was overcharged in total $40. I tried to ask at the checkout about their online prices not matching the price they were giving me, ($185 for both sets). I was told- you got special nails with a special shape, $100 for mine. $85 for hers. I walked out and had to file my own nails at home just to be able to function with them at work. I’m very unhappy with being taken advantage of and overcharged so very much for these. Please refer to the pictures below of our $185 nails.

My girlfriend got her nails done here and when she went in, the nail prices were supposedly ranging from 60-100$. She came out crying and told me they charged her 172$ for one set of nails and they held her ID and threatened to call the police. We went in there with 138$ thinking it would definitely be enough, but they added on countless secret “add ons”. This place is a scam and should be sued for robbery. In what world does 1 hour of labor and 2$ worth of supplies add up to 172$. They will scam you without a doubt. DO NOT GO HERE!

What a positive experience! I appreciate all the employees at Eagle Nails but Don especially! His kind, gentle approach to nail care is a treat! The hot rock pedicure compares to any spa treatment in LasVegas! The spa music is very relaxing and takes me away for a moment of relaxation. Affordable with prices far better than a long drive out of town. But beware! They fill up early, the early chick gets her nails done!!!

First time here. I had acrylics already and a broken thumb nail. I used the online booking and made an appointment for the next day with no issues at all. I was greeted upon entering the salon and had just a few minutes wait. My tech was Nina and she was amazing! I showed her a picture and she knew right away what I wanted and took the time to make sure by showing me a sample. She explained my options and made sure I was comfortable thru the whole appointment. The salon is calm and serene and clean. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Nina and Eagle Nails.
