“I wanted to write a positive review but don’t know how. One of your employees came to pull me out of the mud this morning. The weather was so nasty, cold, rainy and MUDDY!!! Brianna never complained. She was covered with mud from her hair to her feet. I told her I was sorry she had to get down in the mud. She laughed and said it’s ok, this is my job. She really acted like it was just a typical day. No big deal. But it was. Even though I felt like an idiot, she didn’t make me feel worse. She was very nice. She did her job and did it efficiently and effortlessly.”

“I was on a hunting trip 17 miles from the nearest auto parts store and my brake line broke. I had a hunting buddy take me to auto zone because it is a store I am familiar with. They did not have the lines I needed or did not want to take the time to help me. So we went to O'Reilly Auto parts. Robert asked if he could help. I explained the situation and tried to explain what I needed. With a lot of patients and thinking Robert got me every thing I needed in 1 trip. Thank you Robert!!!”
“I give our Walmart Auto 5 stars because of a guy that works there named Tim who with his coworkers has gone above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle. He came out into the parking lot to help figure out why my oil lid was stuck, put my oil in that I had brought with me, made sure it was right, and stayed long enough to teach me the trick to opening it because the lid was turning too far. I also had a flat in the parking lot and they brought out a mini air compressor and aired up my tire then stayed late after close to change my tire just to make sure I made it home safely with the kids. I really appreciate them and their help.”
