I've had interrupted mail service for the past 2 weeks with confirmed docs not received and have called the office for the past 2 days several times during normal business hours and never had the phone picked up to assist me. Postage has never been higher and customer service is non-existent without walking into the office to request it.

Clean, small post office with professional, friendly staff ? I never have to wait more than 4 minutes upon arrival to be serviced or pick up packages & I’m always in & out within a few minutes. Keep up the great work! You guys are doing an amazing job ??

Would literally give no stars if I could. Every week I have someone else's mail in my box which requires me to make multiple trips up there just to return other peoples mail.

One lady there is very, very rude and condescending - ALL the time. She acts like the customers are annoying her when all we ask is for her to simply do her job. The other one is okay.I don't understand why they need to close down for a full 2 hour lunch break every day, though...leaves half the town standing around waiting until they reopen at 2:30pm. Very inconvenient!

I have been waiting 5 days, technically 4 since they are closed on Sunday’s, for a package that was delivered on a Friday at 9am. It it now Tuesday and I still have received nothing in the mail and I am quite agitated. I have waiting for the package delivery for 2 weeks and now I have to wait longer because of packages not getting put away? Ridiculous in my opinion.

This post office is consistently late on delivering my packages. I'll get email confirmations of a delivery but won't be able to pick it up for sometimes a week later because they've just failed to give it to me. I'm so glad I don't rely on the mail for medicine or I would be dead. It's pathetic.

the lady that has worked there the longest and is also the oldest and in charge i think, is very rude, tells ppl that she doesnt have there packages or mail(even when both amazon and USPS tracking assures that it most definitely is there, then tells me that she doesnt have all the mail sorted late in the day(way after the sorting time deadline) then proceeds to tell me have to come back tmrw. told me everything that is mailed to jackson center in my name is retyrned to sender ALWAYS bcuz i dont own a po box. once that shipping label is paid for it legally belongs to me. also the last package i recieved from JC post office, was indeed FULLY OPEN, they snoop thru ur mail JUST SAYIN NG
