“I stopped here because I was falling asleep at the wheel and had to stop. I sure am glad I ended up here. It was quiet and peaceful. It's a wonderful stopping point. It's small and doesn't have a ton of amenities, but they have quiet parking, security (all kinds of cameras!!), showers, fuel, and a few snacks and trinkets. There will never be a lot lizard knocking. Even My dog was at peace here. At big truck stops she's hyper alert the whole time. I will absolutely stop here again. If you are there on the weekend, chat up the gal at the counter. She's a nice lady and doesn't mind us overly chatty truckers. ? She took good care of me. There's a bar next door where they serve breakfast all day so it's a win all the way around here.”
“A driver who had one WILD night
Tonight could’ve gone REALLY bad for me alternator died while I was running night loads, voltage dropping, check engine light coming on, and every shop around was backed up or had no mechanics on duty.
I rolled into TA Wapakoneta with the truck barely holding 11 volts, expecting to sit for hours… but the team here jumped on it immediately.
The mechanic diagnosed it within minutes, found a compatible alternator after-hours, and had me back on the road FAST. No games, no upselling, no excuses, just real technician skills.
They literally saved my night, my load, and probably my truck from shutting down in the cold.

“The lady my age there every morning is the hardest worker. She does everything has worked there for years. May times with no help 7 days a week. I have often told her she should just put a cot in the back room and stay the night. They recently hired more help. Maybe this time they will stay. This older lady my age works harder than any one I know and is always friendly and I enjoy seeing her when I'm there. She is always so busy no time to talk but always time for a smile as I always try to make her laugh because she works so hard. Linda Cromes”

“Everything you could expect from a Shell Gas Station. Good snack and drink options and they had plenty of pumps available. Pump was quick and we were in and out quickly.”

“They always have the cheapest gas, their vapes last longer, bathrooms aren't the greatest and I always have to go in and ask for a receipt as they are always out of paper at the machine.”
“Marathon in Botkins Ohio. Love this place . Any time I have had a question or even needed help with my car these guys were so helpful . They were busy with auto other repairs and they still took the time to help. During their service hours. After hours t I have never had a pump issue their price is usually fair and I can trust them.”

“Pulled in here to use the restroom and maybe get something to eat, but after reading the reviews, I use my porta John in my truck. It’s pretty big dirt parking lot in the backside with lots of potholes that you can take a bath. It’s paid parking unless you spend $20 for food. See pictures I post with this review.”

“I get some of the reviews. However with Ohio almost closing all rest stops, this place is amazing. The bathrooms are presentable and I can get any item I may need as a trucker. Got this squishmallow and smokes. I recommend this place. They’ve always been super kind and friendly to me!”
