Foods great, there’s always a line. Always a line… Cashiers don’t know how to end a conversation a move on to the next consumer. This happens 4/5 times I stop here. Especially in the morning or weekends.

New employee don't put enough gravy on the biscuits and gravy. The ratio is way off. Also, there is only one biscuit but it's plural on the label so there should be two like before

Don't order pizza from here. I put an order in for a pizza, came to the store and had to wait an additional 40 mins. Was told my pizza wasn't ready but I could see my medium pizza on top the stove in the box. Alright so I wait some more. Another customer that ordered after me comes in and their order is "READY" and they hand them my pizza. Wait another 10 mins then I'm told your pizza is ready but it's a large box so ok. I get home and sure enough it's NOT my pizza. I should be happy getting a large over a medium but nope not here. $13.99 for a large pepperoni but I paid a little over 16 for mine with the extra toppings. If I knew it would take that long and they would just mess it up anyway I could have drove 8 mins down the road to a real pizza place. Last time I buy gas station BS

Stopped for gas and drinks —- left. The place is not open. Pumps are down and it’s closed on the inside. Several cars came in and out - with the same reactions-left the lot. Marathon across the street is open.

I am one to notice all things both good and bad. Casey's convenience in Jackson Center Ohio has afforded me afforded me a lot of one and not much of the other. However, my visit this morning at roughly 6 AM was delightful. I was lucky enough to have the dry sarcsastic humor of Ms. Susan, the laughter and enthusiasm of Ms. DEE DEE, And a clear view of the hard working Samantha and a colleague working diligently in the back room. It was obvious today there are those today who still take pride in what they are doing and providing great smiles in customer satisfaction. I give Casey's a solid 4 stars for today's effort! I give the wonderful ladies and one gentleman that made the experience nice All 5 STARS! ??⭐️⭐️✨️BENNY

I will never go there again, workers was very rude. So rude they gave me dirty looks and acted like they don't want to work. And made me felt,like s**t for days. They should fire the workers there. I will never go there again.

Very sad that they are always closed now!!! It is a Sunday at 10 am and the store isn’t even open for breakfast pizza!!! Can’t get pizza for dinner since they close at 6 now and can’t even get donuts or pizza on a Sunday morning!!! Ridiculous!!!!
