I called several storage unit companies on a Saturday. This was the only place where a person answered the phone and I did not have to leave a voice mail. The representative was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Renting the unit was a very smooth, quick process. I was very pleased!

It is under new management. I tried to pay our bill early for the holiday, and cannot get ahold of anyone. I left one voicemail and still tried to call, but eventually I received a recording saying the voicemail was not set up. It looks like the voicemail has been deleted. I’m afraid my unit will be locked up. This is not a great way to run a business.
