I was omw to have a set of new tires put on when I got a flat tire. I had a spare but do not know how to change it myself so I called the shop and they were so nice to send someone to me to change my tire to get me to the shop to get my tires replaced. Very happy with the service.

One star is to nice for what they did to a veteran. He brought his truck to you to fix when you all seen there was another problem you put everything together and didn’t even tell him and when he came up there and asked why you didn’t call you said that you don’t tell people there’s something else wrong because you feel people think ur trying to take them for money. You could have called asked him to come up and take a look at what you found and you didn’t the sad part is he would have gave you all the ok to fix that issue also. So me giving you a 1 star is nice so I will tell everyone I can and also be getting ahold of the BBB one you all also ripping a veteran off is not ok.

Had tie ends, drag link, and ball joints installed. They did not install zerk fitting, did not inspect reinstalled parts (seals). Going to have to find someone to take things apart again to fix what should have been fixed when they had it apart the first time.

SCAM ARTISTS took my 35$ to check out my car and hookup to the machine to tell me what's wrong didn't even hook it up held my car for 6hrs told me something completely wrong just a TERRIBLE experience

I needed my AC recharged but unfortunately they did not have what my vehicle required. THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL, straightforward, helpful in suggesting another shop that could help.I hear nothing but good things from neighbors who've used their service. As of today, I can tell you they're also honest and trustworthy too.

They were awesome! I believe it was the owner who I was dealing with. I can't remember his name. Anyway, I had gone to get my tires rotated and found out they were bald on the insides, and I needed an alignment and all 4 new tires. The place I usually go to doesn't do alignments, and they didn't have my tires in stock. So, I started calling around to find somewhere to get the alignment done. No one could get me in for several days. When I called Keyway, they said that they could get me in right then for the alignment. When I got there I asked about my tires. He said he didn't have them in stock and offered to order them in for me, but they wouldn't be in for a few days, and during that time frame I had to drive to Lexington and back. He said, "Let me look at them and see if they will be safe enough to wait til you get back." He came back and said he would be afraid for me to drive on them all that way. So, rather than keep me as a customer, he told me he would rather I be safe and suggested other places I might be able to find the tires I needed on short notice. I was able to find the tires I needed, but I will be returning to Keyway for future needs!!!! Thanks so much for caring about my safety and not my money!!!
