Everything was spectacular. We had a family emergency come up and they didn't question anything. They just helped anyway they could.Walkability: You can walk to two restaurants.

Diamond Member Review-Love, Love LOVE this hotel and staff.Full breakfast like normal, but WITH a WORKING hand sanitizing station right next to it.Laundry like normal, BUT these are the good washer and dryer ohnand did I mention, FREE?Pool like normal, But SPA! Idk why so many ihg properties aren't included the spa anymore. I LOVE it. Oh and 24 Hours!The staff here is super friendly attentive and timely.If you're even considering a property. Just book it.

The room was great and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast very much. Our favorite part about staying here was Doug! He was so friendly, helpful, and just all around amazing... he even shared a dad joke with my daughter. I hope that we see him next time we travel to Ironton!

The pool and hot tube were great but the room smelled horrible. I couldn't walk around barefoot. The manager when I first checked in was extremely rude and they weren't very accommodating. Definitely not worth the $140 a night.

Nice spacious rooms, bed was comfortable. The only downfall is there is no free breakfast like I have experienced in other holiday inns.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Love the decor. All amenities were available in the room.Had a great time. No complaints.Rooms: Room was clean and neat. Smell fresh. Lighting was good. Mini refrigerator included. I got the double bed. Bathroom amenities were clean. Towels were whiter than white. Great decor.

Our first stay was great. So..we returned and continue to stay here when in the aWe found the staff friendly, rooms clean, and property large enough for my dogs to run and play. Breakfast is great with a variety of choices. Since we stayed a week the washer and dryer came in useful. There's a nice size pool and hot tub. We definitely recommend.
