every time I come to this location to get my medicine, they never have it even after five hours of the doctor sending it electronically to him get your shit together people!!! I don’t have the gas nor the time to deal with your bullshit!!!! ???

I have shopped here for years always buy from them and tell you today the older lady at the front was very rude. I'm sorry that they are closing at 4:00 p.m. but there was a mother there trying to find medication for their sick child and nobody cared enough to walk over to help me and I got rang up at the pharmacy by the way she made me walk all the way back there to use the register but no one could take the time one minute to walk over to help me find this medicine for my child. Then the older lady walked back here and she's like I told her we were closing and I still had enough time to come in and buy something let me tell you something to have a company or an agency or a business you give people the very best and you offer a hand you don't know what someone else has been through and let me tell you something if that was me working I would have gave an extra 30 minutes. Tammy shame on you. And I am not someone who ever complains. I even told Tammy how the lady at the front was very rudeAnd she continued and then couldn't even help me. I don't understand

Had to make the switch from CVS to Fruth for insurance purposes, and let me tell you I hate it! There is always some sort of problem or delay picking up my prescriptions. It says to give them one business day to fill prescription requests on their app, but they will take a week unless you show up in-person, and then suddenly they can have it ready in 15 minutes! Funny how that works. Oh, and don’t bother opting in to be notified when your prescriptions are ready for pickup, considering it only works 20% of the time. The notifications from CVS may have been excessive, but at least they were on top of it! I wouldn’t recommend choosing Fruth to fill your prescriptions.

Pharmacy is horrible I constantly have problems with my medicine if another pharmacy near me delivered I would switch in a hurry sick of the frustration just to get my medicine filled on time and delivered they need to communicate with each other because I really don't think they do because no one ever seems to know what's going on very very upset and just frustrated with them and their service!

The pharmacy never have my meds or they tell me it will be ready in a hour an when I go to pick them up they are never ready an have to wait even longer!! They will say the Dr. Didn't call my meds in when my Dr. did an they will find the prescription on a different computer a week later saying " oh we didn't see it". I wouldn't recommend Fruth to anyone !!

Have been going here for years. It was good for the first few years but the last six months and longer it has really down hill.. I have been dealing with 5 cancers. That is not a mistake 5cancersplus other disabilities. I will not name the medicines I am on in case this is seen publicly. Have tried to change pharmacies but will not be accepted. I have been told many different times doctor did not send them in. A straight out lie. After numerous calls your pharmacy has found them by that time I have gone week without. They tell me they will work on them immediately but it will be I1 hour and 45 minutes. It takes me 1 hour to get there. Call before I leave says working on them be 20 minutes get there will be another hour and 45minute. Have held on to medicine for close to a week when I call answer is been hanging on them because dosage was changed when I said I know comment was will start working on them another hour and 45 minute They have my medicines so messed up both doctor and I have been working to straighten this mess out Why would medicine be held on because dosage change without contacting doctor or myself I am in major pain and they make me suffer for no possible reason. I called to pick up medicine yesterday. Had 5 to pick up yesterday said I had one there I said how do you have one if you didn't receive anything from Doctor they said let me check. Guess what? They have them. It will be one hour and 45 minutes. Shorted me one said it couldn't be filled until the 16th. Now how did that happen. Have to go without important medicines.Took drivers licence and new insurance card to put in computer. All they did was make a printer copy of them threw it on the counter and walked off. I personally found someone drivers licence turned it into them. They put it on counter in case he came back in view of all the customers with all his information on it for anyone to see. That's uncalled for. There is way more!

Well this is probably the worst pharmacy in Ironton the workers in the pharmacy itself are not at all intelligent and hard to find anything out about the medication you need they have you keep repeating yourself which says they are going deaf or just a bit touched in the head, bless their heart they might need a different job where they don't talk to customers!!!!

Not a bad place at all but they are definitely a little bit too expensive but I have went there since I was a kid. If they would lower the price on most there stuff I would go there a lot more often and the Fruth pharmacy is around here. Need to be updated or remodeled. Pretty bad for the most part. All the employees that work there are really nice and super helpful.
