Haylee was AMAZING!I called in a panic and made an appointment for my daughter to have her "fixed" after another salon did a horrendous job. Haylee was amazing! She took her time, was so informative, so professional, and so nice! She made my daughters day when she was able to fix what the other salon had done to her hair! We will for sure be back in 6 weeks to see her for touch ups and any other hair needs we may have!

Could not schedule an appointment online. The site kept freezing and then it would say the time slot was not available but the same time would show when I tried to select another time.

So, if you are thinking of going to this salon I HIGHLY advised against it! After a disaster last time with hair cut and color and the results after 5.5 hours , $230 later was grey messed up hair I had decided to give them another try with just a simple trim and style and boy was it absolutely horrible. I told the girl to trim my bangs, stack the back and curl it. Well she butchered it all up and then half curled it where the ends were sticking out straight and it looked like I rolled in the bed for a week. As she was curling it she said it will look wild until I fix it I was like ok. So after done she literally just ran a hand thru it and then said how does it look? I said I don’t like it so can u straighten it. Now mind u she had asked me how it looked so she was done with her work at that point and was about to let me walk out. She straightened it and I said what did u do to my hair. It was all chopped up! She says to me u wouldn’t let me finish I wasn’t done cutting it. Now reminding u again after the curl job she was done if I had agreed to walk out looking like that. So I told her to get someone else and the manager walks over wouldn’t let me explain this girl had been done after the messed up so called curl job she did then wanted to say I wouldn’t let her finish she needed to straighten it out to be able to finish. The manager was rude disrespectful in front of the store and is a bold face liar saying I posted how I loved my hair all over Facebook last time to make it sound good in front of other clients in the store! She also stated she wasn’t supposed to let me get my hair done there after I complained to district manager last time which was another lie. The district manager asked me if I would give this store another chance. I also have a friend who had the same experience with this store. So if u want your hair messed up majorly by all means this is your store!
