Had some insurance problems at first but Jason got them straighten out for me, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be using them as my pharmacy from now on.

The only issue I have with Coal Grove Pharmacy is their drive-thru window... Everyone has pulled up to the window and has too wait to pick up their medicine bc they don't have any kind of notification system or a bell.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever encounter in my life time. Every time my meds are due they have to order them they never have them on time. The Pharmacist named Erik is so rude and obnoxious you can even talk to him on the phone that he is not rude. He also begin to tell me that Jason Plummer was the one that made the rules not him. I know Jason’s cousin very well and I don’t think that Jason would like for his employees to talk to people that need there meds the way he did me. Because people don’t want to be sick and have to go to the Pharmacies if they don’t need to. So why would you treat someone that way I don’t understand? This Pharmacy is a joke. You need to get people in there to work for you that really cares about people, not people like him that seems that he has to be there to help. Sincerely, Mrs. Botts

They have really been sweet since my first issue was addressed. They even called to resolve the issue, and don’t hold animosity against my poor review so now I’m fixing it. The women behind the register are the sweetest ladies you come across in Coal Grove.

First was introduced to this place when my grandmother started using them shortly after I started using them and the rest is history. This place is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. They are always nice and if something isn't right, they'll help make it right. 5/5 for me.
