To everyone out there just wanna say don't ever bank with city national I've been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated†or “sorry there's pending transactions†i don't know if it's there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don't have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn't there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts closed now as I wanted just one originally now I'm closing them all I'll never go back

I would give it zero stars if I could! There's only a couple of people that work there that are nice and helpful the others are ratchet little girls who have 0 customer service skills.if they don't know the answer to the ? Your asking they only know how to hang up on you and dont ask for a manager because you will get hung up on also.
