“This is a great place to get tires. Staff is very friendly and competent, and there’s a decent little waiting area in the front of the store while you’re having service done. After I got new tires on one of my vehicles I got something in the tire and had a slow leak - I took it back by and they fixed it free of charge with no hassle whatsoever.”
“I was so pleased with the service we received at Gold Street husband and I broke down across the river in Kentucky. Our insurance allowed a tow from our location to across the bridge to Gold Street Muffler. It was after closing time so we called first thing in the morning. We thought it was our transmission. He asked to take a look at it so we allowed him. He called us back not long after and said the axle had broke and if we wanted it fixed. We said of course. We thought we were gonna need a new car. Called us back about 2 hours later and said it was good to go. The price was fair and they were honest. Told me about things that needed fixed (the other axle). We are grateful to them for not taking advantage of a bad situation. We will definitely return to them to have the other side done as well as other work.. Even if we live 45 minutes away. Great shop. Highly recommend them. I have already told people about this place. I used to (and still do) tell people where NOT to go, but now I can tell them I know a good place.”
“Terry's has been the tops in their game for decades and having used them this week they're still the same home town professional shop they've always been. Staff are friendly no nonsense and dependable, they're priced very fairly and you don't have to worry about quality glass, they deal only with the good stuff. The negative review on here I don't know who or what they're describing but it's not Terry's. You won't regret staying local for your glass replacement. Big thumbs up.”

“I was omw to have a set of new tires put on when I got a flat tire. I had a spare but do not know how to change it myself so I called the shop and they were so nice to send someone to me to change my tire to get me to the shop to get my tires replaced. Very happy with the service.”
