Today I stopped in to get some pictures and did a little shopping. Immediately I was greeted by Alivia she was such a pleasant employee from the start She was very observant and noticed I had placed orders for pictures at the picture booth and she had my photos ready for me by the end of my shopping trip...she went above and beyond excellent service needs a raise

Close to our hotel and I was able to pick up some allergy meds to combat that Ohio pollen. Being a California girl, this Ohio pollen is very disrespectful!!!

Horrible service. They take longer to fill a prescription than it took for Jesus Christ himself to rise from the dead. Unfortunately, not even Jesus could get these people to take their job seriously. Excuse me while I go to Church so I can pray God will answer my medical needs where these people have failed so miserably. Amen.

Christian was very sweet to me. I loaded cash in my card without any issues. Very intelligent, kind, and smart man. Stay kind we don’t have many in the world like u. He was the best employee I met here by far. Ty so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice staff who helped us find a PCR test. They didn't have any at that particular store but tried to find us one as we needed it to cross the border after the game. They went above and beyond and also gave us advice on where to find it. The airport in Ohio is where we ended up to find one that Canada allows . As of March 1st we won't have to worry anymore thank god lol. Keep up the good work and great attitude.

So I scheduled an appointment for a covid test at another location. The location had the Walgreens up the street where I am listed for help. I got a reminder email and everything this morning. I drove 30 minutes etc. Get there they closed due to staffing go to the next one and they state they can't take walk ins, when actually I had a scheduled appointment. The reason I know they are able to do this is because I have had a test at another location and went to another one. All they did is look up my test and they were able to service me. Now I have to miss work/money because y'all online site doesn't work, store closed due to shortage, and another Walgreens that are open etc did not want to service me. It's clear they could have serviced me but they just didn't.

The pharmacy is NOT actually open until 7 as indicated, I arrived at 6 to find the entire store closed. According to a sign taped on the door, they now close at 5, which would have been nice to know. Update your hours online so people can have this information and can plan accordingly.
