    Audrey helped me today and she was extremely kind, efficient and helpful!! I love my new Samsung 24 & she made the whole experience very pleasant. I will always come back to this location. The one in Brecksville near Heinens is a joke!!! I recommend you to pick the Rockside location and ask for Audrey:)

    It was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time. Sumair was the Verizon specialist. He was out of this world. I can't imagine him being there long, so hurry and ask for him. Sumair you rock. Thanks again.
