I made an appointment a week in advanced to get my passport done at this location. I show up on time for my appointment just for them to tell me the person that does passports is off today... maybe call me to cancel the appt instead of having me drive all the way there just to tell me to kick rocks. Im never returning to this location again!

I live on a route covered by this post office. More often than not, I get my mail after 6pm every day. Ridiculous.

I sell online and drive around a lot so I visit many post offices in the CLE area. I was in a few days ago for the first time and was very impressed. No wait! And the woman behind the desk was incredibly patient, helpful and personable (I wish I got her name!). Thank you!

Assuming you don't come at a busy time like Tax Day or the holidays, doing basic transactions here like buying commemorative Asian Lunar New Year stamps or sending overnight letters and packages are straightforward and simple. I've stopped by several times in the late afternoons and have not had to wait behind more than a handful of people, and each time the actual transaction was quick, incident-free, and easily charged to my Amex. Bonus: plenty of parking outside.

Had a package from eBay that required a signature and the mailman forged my signature and stole mypackage. I ask them to please update the tracking info to show I didn’t sign for it, so that I can mark it as undelivered thru eBay and they refused. So eBay won’t refund me because tracking shows signed by me (again mailman admitted to signing my name) and I’m out over $300 because the USPS denied my form 2000 despite all the proper documentation from the independence office. Attached is the letter from independence manager stating what happened and they still won’t refund me and they wouldn’t update the tracking so eBay wont refund me neither.

I do a lot of shipping here for work and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Postage paid packages can be put on the side so you don't have to wait in line - I also get my passport photos and application here - very nice staff - the lines are longer in the afternoon but the wait isn't very long.

If I could give no stars I would. This hotel was trash from the go. The front desk was average at best, when we got our key for our FIRST room she didn’t tell us or write down the room number. So we had to go ask, then go back up for the key to not work after 20-30 attempts. My girlfriend went back down to get another key, didn’t work. Ended up getting a new room. Key worked fine, but the room was a different story. First thing I noticed was the tv was off of its wall mount and not connected to any power. Second, no night stand for the other side of the bed. Third, the shower did not work, only the tub portion as the lever to pull up on was stuck. The cabinets aren’t done in the bathroom. The filter in the AC in the room was covered like it never got cleaned in its entire existence. We even found bugs in our bed, how great right?! Woke up the next morning getting ready and my girlfriend went down to the lobby while I changed and someone used their key to get into our room… which is weird. Not even a knock. Then it happened again while she was getting ready. She told them about the bad experiences and all they said was you should’ve got a different room. Sounds like they shouldn’t be giving out terrible rooms. Overall don’t come here, don’t waste your money, and enjoy somewhere else. 0/5 stars.

Never thought I'd work hard to write a review about the post office. But the customer service associate who helped me when their system was halfway down went above and beyond to ensure my packages were appropriately ready and made sure to mail me a copy of my receipt in case their system glitch prevented it from being sent via email. I will make it a point to use this location again based on their service!
