Made an appointment at this location for a passport for my son via the USPS website. Received a confirmation email and all seemed set. When we arrived, we were told they haven’t handled passport applications here for “over a year.”

They seem to routinely close early, despite their posted hours. When I was confused as to why they couldn't process a package when the sign said they are open for another thirty minutes, their tone was that I was the fool for trusting literally every single of their hours signs.
