Very hard place to find. The electronic directory in the lobby was not working. I was lucky that the mailman was outside. He told me what floor Traveler's was on. Once located, the employees were very helpful.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. I got into an accident with one of their clients. The adjuster I was assigned to was highly unprofessional. Trey avoided my phone calls and the phone calls from my insurance provider. I had to call three times just to have them send my settlement check. Most of the people you will talk to are out of state. So they suggest some of the worst places around yo to have your vehicle fixed. 0/10 recommend. Hire more professional employees who do their job and actually contact you when you leave a voicemail.

Terrible. Different and higher bill every month. Every representative I spoke to over the last few months has some prolonged and completey different explanation for it. Supervisor told me to go somewhere local instead. Was quoted one price at the dealership, no one wants to pull the call and have been getting different bills since. Now to pay even more to switch companies. Unbelievable.

They will cancel without much of a notice, right at the cut off date of receiving your down-payment reimbursement. I bought a house and was using them as homeowners insurance. They claim my house is too much of a risk, asked me to fix some simple problems to which I did, and then decided to cancel anyway. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Just beware if you choose to go through travelers. Allstate is a much better option in the NE Ohio area.I am a first time home owner and I'm so scared of being cut off of homeowners insurance, this is not funny or is it a joke. I have 2 weeks to shop around which isn't enough time.I have homeowners and auto insurance bundled through them. In 2 weeks I'm left with nothing if I do not find anything quick enough. This is an awful thing to pull on someone.

My 81-year-old mother had a flood a few years ago Suzanne fader constantino was her adjuster she came out her and Michael stuck heart completely took advantage of my mother her steps to this day is not repaired the moving company left all of her items in the garage we had to physically go out there and put everything back in the basement this is not right she is 81 years old she has been with travelers for almost three decades paying her insurance faithfully and Mrs constantino took advantage to her went so far as to threaten her and tell her do not write any more bad reviews or there will be ramifications I just want her steps repaired she does not want money she has fallen three times on the steps I have tried to crazy Little steps but when I mop they come back a loose everyone needs to know what Michael stockard and Suzanne fader constantino did to her if you love your loved ones be careful do not trust travelers insurance with them

Right from jump they're doing some crazy stuff and I tried to clear things up and now they're doing even more craziest stuff so I decided to Google their reviews and see what's up with this company and now I can see that they have a 2.3 rating thus far which is not good at all oh well let's see what happens it's a shame they've been so horrible with me thus far I'm afraid to go into details as they might find out who I am and right now I need the insurance but I'm going to start looking around I have to they're horrible and so aggravating and no need to be

They are horrible my mother's basement flooded it's been over a year now her claims is Michelle won't even contact her she's an elderly lady and she needs help and they won't even answer the phone let alone return phone calls keep your money in your pocket and go somewhere else Suzanne Fader is her claims rep she's not consistent working with a contractor Mike that's telling my mom he wants all of her insurance claim money or he ain't doing the worlk it's how people treat the elderly ok here it is a year later mother's basement still isn't fixed properly all of her belongings are in the garage Suzanne has done nothing won't even respond to my mom but was paid to return her belongings BACK INTO THE HOUSE JESSICA I DON'T NEED TO DISCUSS MY MOMS POLICY I NEED TRAVELERS TO GET OFF THEIR A## AND FIX IT and I'm going to keep posting until it's fixed where's the 15,000 and all if stuff is in boxes in a garage

After several years of coverage, traveler's cancelled my policy without any notice. I have never filed a claim and I pay my premiums a full year in advance. I discovered this a month after they cancelled my policy and was unaware I was driving without any coverage. This company even had the gall to attempt to charge me an additional fee to reactivate my policy. Horrible customer service and extremely disappointing experience.

I moved 4 home quotes and 2 auto policies over to them. I tried to add another and the amount of unprofessionalism was something I have not quite encountered before. This is the first review I have ever written I just felt compelled to do so.They changed the price without reason or notification on the newly added property after 30 days citing an imaginary amount of square feet that was not listed anywhere. When I asked them where they were getting the new square feet from they did not give me an answer and instead cited a roof issue, although there was no problem with the roof.They proceeded to try and put the burden of proof on me that the area of roof in question was not rolled roof when they never had reason to believe it was in the 1st place.Then they backtracked on all of this saying that they made a mistake but then started asking me questions about my business which was the last straw.The house next door which I also own had a premium of 1200. The very best they said they could do was a premium of 1500 with a $25000 deductible.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

this company has 0 knowledge of boat insurance. do not use them it has been a year since my boat sank and we still dont have a check or a repair. had to hire a lawyer because they tried to screw us. they are not qualified to insure boats and have no surveyors to perform assesments we had to find someone. they did nothing to help us. and then when the repair facility came back withthe boat being totaled all they sudden they had an opinion and wanted a second and third surveyor.
