Absolute liars and dishonest organization - from the top down the adjuster and estimator who have ghosted me after not fixing my car. First it was the bait and switch on the engine, now when they ship us an engine with faulty covers that were leaking from day 1 they say not our problem. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

agents are terrible at follow up. I called for a quote with a local agent and they never called me back despite my following up at least four times. horrible accountability. I guess they spared me trouble of dealing with travelers
