If StrongStyle offers it, they excel in it. Machines are top-notch. Staff is personable. Classes push you to the limits (in a good way). Super impressed!

This is more than a gym/training center. From day one the staff treated my son and I like family. It's all love but make no mistake about it. We train hard here. This place is the real deal were you train amongst professional athletes and learn from the best.

Best gym I've ever been a member at! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great equipment, & plenty of classes if you want them. You can't help but to feel like a Champion training amongst Champions with the Westside Barbell affiliation as well as the Champion fighters that call Strong Style home.
We have a state-of-the-art fitness center and offer over 70 classes per week in Strength and Conditioning, Boxing, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We also have an outdoor training area and one of the largest competitive combat sports programs in the U.S.
