I was there at the shell station on rockside rd and corner on Brecksville rd. There is a attenden who is a steelers fan and i was waring a Cleveland browns hat. And the attenden told be to burn my hat. Now this is the second time. Why dont the manager repamand her. For being rude to a customer like that and you people wounder why there is so much violence in this country.

Great location. The parking lot can be a little tricky exiting from. Recently rebuilt. The staff is excellent and a good selection of items inside.

Honestly this girl is horrible does not do anything as you can see this is all she does I reached out to corporate I have not heard anything manager thinks it’s okay as long as they come to work how is that fair.??♂️??♂️??♂️

We recently stayed in Independence for a couple nights on a fam' roadtrip. We stopped at this Shell station on our way out of town to head home. There were plenty of pumps for an easy fill-up. Inside, the store was bright and clean, with clean bathrooms as well. We were tempted by the "Fountain Drinks 89-Cents, Any Size" signs, and grabbed a round for the fam', plus some final candies for the road home. But at the checkout different signs read that the 89-Cents deal was only for gas loyalty club members. Since we don't have this chain at home we though awwe, full-price sodas it is. But the kind clerk without question overrode the register to give us road-trip'sters the stellar soda deal. What a sweetheart! We are planning another fall roadtrip to the Independence area, and will stop here again to fill-up, and sign up for the gas club before we do so we can legit partake in bargain sodas next time. :-)

Was going through an emergency where I just got off from 3rd shift and ran out of gas. I had to walk 2miles in 21degree weather just to get to the gas station. By the time I got there I was told I couldn’t put gas in the plastic bottle and then a nice person offered their tank to me and they just kept saying no for no reason. I ended up walking another half mile down the road where not only they let me use my can, but the manger herself of the other gas station even gave me a ride. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAS STATION, I don’t think they like us!!
