Noticed my wife’s Mazda6 had low air in a tire. After a closer look saw a nail in it. On a Sunday afternoon, the only tire place open in the area was NTB. Called and spoke to Quinton who confirmed they were open and that they could possibly patch it rather than have to replace the tire. Upon arrival, Quinton evaluated the nail placement and determined it could be patched and provided me with the needed details. Within 45 mins my tire was patched and I was out the door. Quinton and his team were kind, detailed, and efficient. Much appreciated!!

I would definitely recommend these guys. Super polite and helpful and if you tell them you’re worried about your vehicle they will double check to make sure it’s safe to drive. They care their communities.

I wish I could explain everything that made this NTB this worst place to get service; I will just hit the highlights. The customer service person could not have been more rude during the drop off of my truck to get 4 new tires and an alignment . I dropped off my truck an hour before my scheduled time she told me it would take 2 hours, I called back 4 hours later and it had not even been worked on at all and I was told it would at least another half hour until they would get it to it. I could wait that long so I picked it up and rescheduled for the following Monday. I took it back on Monday they proceed to tell that they may not have the tires and that I since I scheduled with Goodyear that they are not at fault. They did go back and check found the tires and said they could do the work but could not give me a time as I was not on the schedule for that day. There was 11 people ahead of me. They called me around 11am and told me my work had be done. When I picked it up and went to pay there was no charge for the alignment when I asked why there was no charge they said "want alignment" after a bunch of back and forth they realized someone did not look a page 2 of the invoice. So several hours later the alignment was complete. I will say the tires look good on my truck and it drives nicely but customer service goes along way to repeat business.

I’m from out of town and appreciate Quinton getting me in same day to fix a flat tire and helped with additional questions that weren’t part of the service needed.

My trailer had a blowout and got here five minutes before closing. Quinton still got me in for two new Goodyears. NTB is always great service.

Drove like new after 4 tires replaced. Took my car back for tire installation quickly. Installer did a great job balancing the tires. Installed in less time than was told as well. The folks out front were professional and courteous in person and on the phone. Definitely recommend.

Solid experience with my oil change & tire rotation on my 2020 F150. Quentin was helpful and also quoted me for a couple different tire options for my wife’s RAV4. Every member of the staff was conscientious and pleasant. Will be back for regular services.

Is there ever a good time to have a flat? How about with a rental car on a Sunday when most places are closed and I need to get to the airport. Called them and they told me come on by and they will squeeze me in. Once inside they sent me down and said relax we got this. Huge positive experience for me.
