We were trying to find a place to refinance our home and garage, and I'd always thought to try Nations Lending/Save with Conrad. Couldn't be happier, the assistance we received was top notch. Justin was on top of everything from our first call he pre approved me within an hour after our first conversation, I sent the documents in right away, and He had an answer for me within an hour! I fell in love with a house the same day of my pre approved an put an offer in on it and Justin made it possible for me to be a homeowner. He worked hard for me the same day as my approval and made it possible to purchase my first new home! Thank you Justin and Sarah. You guys are such a great team! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend! Btw I was only pre approved form 2 other companies for 40 thousand dollars less than Justin’s team let me spend! I would definitely get a second opinion from Justin before I would go with any lender. It can’t hurt it can only help! Good Luck with your purchase

I was of course nervous about refinancing. This is a life changing step. I was wondering what interest rate was good? I knew the national and local averages. My agent went to bat for me as my advocate. Roxanna Mousavi truly was a team player on my side. I got a interest way below the average. And She secured my closing costs rate a point and a half below the average. She answered every question and brought in her management team to make the deal easier.
