This company is a joke. They lose the info you send, switch you to some new adjuster every time you call, no one that you are appointed to is ever available. They were rude on the phone and denied my claim when my car was DEFINITELY damaged in the car wash.

After a major problem at Discount Tire in S CALI, a claim was filed. Fleet Response is part of the Insurance for Discount Tire. To say Fleet Response is 100 % useless would be an upgrade for them. They do absolutely nothing to solve issues caused by Discount Tire. I had to file a BAR with the State of California to get anything at all moving toward a resolution. In the meantime, the safety of my vehicle is definitely questionable.

really wish I could not even give 1 star because that is too much. On Tuesday the 12th I went to Take 5 for an oil change. The gentleman that worked on my car stated that the drain plug that was in my car was entirely too big and that he was going to put the correct one for my car. He gave me the drain plug he took out, and proceeded. He came back to my vehicle and advised that he put the new one in, but it wouldn't tighten the way it needed to because of the previous one being so big. He then proceeded to tell me that my car would leak out some of the oil, but I would be fine, but I did need to go to who I previously went to. I went to the other shop and they advised the tech should have either put the same plug back in or shouldn't have touched it at all. They stated they would not touch it because they wouldn't be liable. I left there and went to pickup my daughter from school. We came home, and the next morning when I went out to take her to school, all of the oil had leaked out and I had to call a friend to take her to school. Fast forward to today, I have been calling Take 5 every single day. They have been promising me that a tow truck would be coming within an hour or 2 to pickup my vehicle so their mechanic can do an investigation. I have continuously called, no one has been calling me back to update me or anything. This has been the WORST service I have EVER dealt with in my life. I am still without my vehicle and my daughter hasn't stayed home in over a week because I can't get her to and from school. Before going to Take 5 I had a perfectly good running car. This has been such a huge inconvenience for my daughter and myself.Update: They lied and said I had all of these things wrong with my car and denied my claim twice. If I initially had an oil leak why did they mess with the car??? Their 3rd party claims fleet response is just as horrible. No one was returning calls or emails! They denied the claim and didn’t provide any next steps. It took me almost 3 weeks to finally get in contact with them after calling daily for them to tell me I was responsible for getting my vehicle towed back home. The man basically said it’s their word against mine. To me they only look at the car to appease you. They know people don’t have the time or finances to try and fight them. All they have done is LIED LIED AND LIED. I’ve had my car 10 years with NO issues and they change the oil, take out my original plug that I’ve had for YEARS, all the oil come out and now I don’t have a car. I absolutely hate and despise this company for causing an upset in my life and not being held accountable for it!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

Don’t deal with these people, get a public adjuster or lawyer who will fight for you. Also, contact the legal authority in your state who oversees auto insurance companies and file a complaint. My husband has been dealing with these people and its a nightmare. They are bullies, rude, unprofessional and will never answer your calls. Also if they send you a check, dont cash it. Document every attempt to communicate and communication with them and like I said, do yourself a favor and get a public adjuster or lawyer.

If I can give zero stars I would, I have been dealing with “Micheal Starick” for two weeks i’ve sent him MULTIPLE emails and numerous phone calls over the past 2 weeks with no reply from him. He has deliberately been avoiding contact. The entire team here is completely unprofessional and will belittle you instead of helping. They will NEVER take initiative and update you on the status of anything. Absolutely horrible my issue has been ongoing since Aug 30th!

This company is a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. Our vehicle was hit at a longterm lot at the airport by a shuttle bus. We received a copy and paste email saying they were not at fault - never even picking up the phone to call us or asking or pictures of the damage. Their so- called "investigation" I suppose was just reading our claim and dismissing it. Pretty insane that a bus driver responsible for the safety of passengers can do a hit and run without every being held responsible or even looked into.

I went and they had no queso but it was okay because the sweet girl kylie at the front desk gave me a sweet smelling air freshener. If I’m being honest, the mirror was foggy and the keyboard did was sticky. But the amazing customer service made up for the fact there was a rat in my soup. ONCE AGAIN THE VERY NICE GIRL KYLIE WAS very nice and gave me an air freshener. She lowkey nice with it and cooked one of my boys on the court. Those handles were nice and her jumper was kinda nice. Anyways, no queso was a little upsetting but there selection of sponges made up for it.

Worst experience dealing with a claim, just to get it denied. No evidence to back either side? Why would Discount Tire submit a claim if they weren’t at at fault? All my 4 wheels were damaged after a tire rotation.

I had a great experience with Fleet Response and with Eileen Stephens, when my car was damaged at a local parking garage. She was responsive, got me to a great body shop, arranged for car rental, and processed payments promptly.

Discount Tire uses Fleet Response as attack dogs on Discount's customers. One by one those attacks will cause Discount's customers to buy elsewhere.Fleet Response boasts about how well management treats employees. It appears to me that Fleet Response employees have sold their souls for pizza parties and a paycheck.I WILL be buying my tires online and installing them at Wally World.I will be demanding my money back from Discount Tire for the balance and rotation thing. Never stepping foot near that rogue, wall st mentality Discount Tire again. SMH

As far as customer service is concerned, the worst I have ever experienced in my life.I called to follow up on a claim where my vehicle was damaged at a hospital garage, and my assigned agent was Eileen Stephens. She was so rude. I couldn't even get a word in without her cutting me off. She even threatened to deny my claim with out reviewing it. I'm beyond shocked. Their employees should be trained and reevaluated. I am a federal government professional and this was just a disgrace. Very distasteful. Shame.

The amount of unprofessionalism I have received is very disappointing. I have sent numerous emails in response over the last 3.5 weeks with ZERO response. I finally called today and Eileen simply said "I didn't get your emails". Then suddenly when I forwarded all the previous emails they magically appeared. She has treated me with absolutely zero respect after this awful situation that happened where my vehicle was broken into while valeting my car on a trip. She has called me a liar basically numerous times. I was also given the information on where to take my car to for the body damage and she said "that was a mistake email" you didn't report damage on the original report. I have the information all in an email on where to take my car and she said it still would not be approved. Immediately after hanging up the phone she sent another email saying I can now go get my car looked at. The lies and unresponsiveness is repulsive on how I have been treated. This incident happened a month ago and I have gotten absolutely nowhere.

This company is The worst to Deal with, They are hard to reach, slow to do anything, My Porsche had the TPMS sensors replaced by Discount Tire and in that process they damaged my Air suspension system to the Tune of over $4200, the store admitted fault and the store has been waiting since last Thursday for a call to approve the work, meanwhile the car is not able to be driven I requested a rental last Thursday and have not even gotten a call back regarding my request for a rental. and I have yet to get a call back with any progress on the matter the Claims adjusters are impossible to get a hold of. Alyssa EXT 373 has not called me back in over 5 days. Dean EXT 243 is also difficult to get a hold of and their supervisor Mary ext 240 has yet to even return my call. If you take your Vehicle to discount tire and something gets damaged you run the risk of dealing with this terrible company. I have been a Loyal discount Tires customer for over 15 years I have 12 vehicles and probably spent over 35K on tires and until Discount tire breaks ties with this terrible company they will get no more business from me. I will be reaching out to my attorney tomorrow to file suit and file a complaint with the WA state attorney General.

Leaving a review because all of the other negative reviews made me nervous going into the situation.Discount Tire scraped up my painted rims while changing my tires out. The store manager connected me with Fleet Response to repair the rims. I sent photos of the damage and an estimate from a shop for the repair and Fleet Response took care of it right away. Couldn't have been easier to work with. Everyone I talked to at Fleet Response was very considerate.

We took our vehicle into discount tire, docs out tire damage my vehicle so their insurance company is fleet response that we have to, to get our vehicle fixed. We have been trying to get a hold of this company for over two weeks now and they do not contact us back. We also try to get a different auto body shop to get out vehicle fixed because their shops they go through was booked out until April and we cannot drive our vehicle because of the damage. This company still has not contacted us back, I have four kids and this is my only vehicle that can fit all my kids in it. If I can give zero stars I would. There will be a lawsuit.
