Not sure what I just experienced. I completed an online order for two items that the website said this store had. I paid and then showed up to pick up my items. I waited for approximately 15 minutes for someone to greet me at the "online pick up area".
Thankfully the customer in front of me stopped the employee who was working the pick up area as he walked right by me instead of helping me. After another 10 minutes of waiting , I looked behind the counter and had to point out part of the online order because he stood there and stared at the wall, seemingly confused. I asked about the other item that I had ordered one of my items and was told it had not arrived yet.
I could've walked in and made my purchase and saved myself 25 minutes. I could've just gone to Home Depot and both items would've been there, but I wanted to support my local hardware store. That's what I get I guess. Dumbest 25 minutes of my life.

After having a return rejected at parma location because of no paper receipt the worker here found my receipt using my rewards card and returned my new and unopened product without any trouble. Great location and will back you with great customer service!! Shop this location when you can!!

I like this place for the guys that help u find the thing u need in a flash, whether it be some random screw or whatever. The bigger box stores r a little cheaper but having knowledgeable staff readily available is worth a lot too.
