I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store like I just experienced for my first time at this store. Honestly I don't even know how to explain it it was eerily quiet there was just stuff everywhere no one was around...bad vibes. Weird. So weird.

Dollar general on brecksville road it's the worst!!! I wouldn't even bother stopping.. Every time I stop there different times different days doesn't matter stores closed. Nobody works there

Never open normal hours. I get that staffing is an issue. Until you have enough staff to fulfill your hours, just stay closed. Not the first time which is why the location is getting a 1 star.

Every time I go there they are 9.30 on a Monday they are closed this store sucks and should be closed permamently

This place is always disorganized and dirty. The last time I went here, March 12, 22, I could barely walk the middle aisle because of the merchandise carts on either side. And the lady working there that day was too busy talking to her child(ren) and taking her good old time getting up to the register. The register also smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the ones on either Broadview Rd. and Sprague Rd. or Pleasant Valley Rd. and State Rd.

This store could use a makeover. Several other stores in the area have been updated recently. I hope this one is next. Otherwise, it's a typical Dollar General.

Everytime I have gone into the store I have a good experience. The staff are kind and polite. Normally I leave there feeling my $$ was well spent.
