“To me they got way better stuff than Krazy bins all day!! They were crowded too! ppl was throwing stuff in they carts like crazy!! Most ppl come to buy stuff to resale it for more money! My student told me about it so I figured I checkedm out! I went Saturday morning which was there $10 day. You can get a good deal here! Saturdays is there restock day! Bins where packed! They had some good useful item still in and out of boxes. I grabbed a couple things surprisingly lol. You gotta check it out!”

“Store is clean, shelves are stocked, employees are a bit stand offish and dry but maybe it's due to how ignorant and nasty some customers tend to be shopping there at times. The store is fine but some of the customers need to learn how to act like they were taught a little home training and manners. Maybe A Security Guard would help.”

“I’m not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve never had a problem. I’m not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I can’t stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly it’s not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and don’t like it, I don’t go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well that’s my choice and own fault.”

“I love this location!!! Every time I arrive I am Greeted!? The store is always stocked! It’s alway clean When I’m there. Workers are always clean and presentable. The workers are very helpful. Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! “I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!”
