“Lots of fun things to choose and look at, from eclectic vinyl records, one off and unique clothing items. Incence,candles, and an adult section in the back that has an awesome selection of toys ,supplements, cbd candies and gummies. Just an overall good place to shop. Some prices are fairer than others but when you're the only store around selling some of the things he sells and they are usually always in stock, I suppose it might be worth the premium. Dean's also quite the conversationalist. Friendly and knowledgeable, non judgemental about questions you may have about his adult offerings. 4.5 stars!”
“I love this this small shop! They always have a fun selection of clothes including bell bottoms and overalls and other small trinkets and accessories. But the best part of all is their Birkenstock selection. If you are looking to buy unique Birkenstocks, they have basically every style and every color imaginable!”

He walked me through every step, put great attention into every detail, and helped me build exactly what I was looking for. I had a rather tight turnaround time, and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the suit was ready in time.

“There are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. “Today I was at K&G in the steel yard just to pick up a tie to wear for my pastor anniversary nevertheless I saw afew plaid suit that's match my tie I was not going to get my first but the store manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable and his associates was very helpful and the customer service was excellent I'll be back to get afew things yesterday I have my first plaid suit”

“Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

“I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me. What a great store, you have to see it to believe it with all the wall to wall sports merchandise. An excellent experieance throughout my shopping at this store. Both should be recognized for respresenting Rally House in the most positive manner.”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

“I love their shades they have so many different selections and colors. Every time I come in here they’re always playing Drake and that’s a plus for me. The store is very clean, but I feel like the men’s clothes are very limited. There’s a picture of me wearing one of their shades. Their customer service skills are amazing. Everything is pretty organized. The fitting rooms are large and they have this amazing sell that takes place in March. Check out the store because the employees are very welcoming!”
“Made a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!”
