“This is a new station. It's much bigger and better than the old station. They have hot food and sell alcohol. They offer a rec gas with no ethanol at the pump for outdoor equipment.”
“The young lady who was working was very helpful in completing the task we set it to do. My sister and I had never loaded cash onto our Cash App cards and when we looked up locations that did this the app said Speedway. We proceeded to the gas station and were greeted by a young woman with a smile. After explaining what we needed to do she replied that she was not sure if this location provided that service and if it did she was unsure if how to do it. Even though she was unsure she attempted to scan our barcode and add the money to the account and which point it was successful! I appreciate that the employee did this for my sister and I because if she hadn't we would if had to drive almost 2 hours away to have deliver the money!”

“Usually the cheapest gas prices in Bucyrus. Looked up the price on gas buddy.com when I got off of Rte 30, when I got there it was different. Maybe just wasn't updated in time.”
“This was my dad's favorite gas station. However, they also have a nice well stocked convenience store with plenty of snacks, drinks, and even a Hunt Brothers Pizza and Champ's chicken counter. You can buy your lottery tickets here and there is a good selection of adult beverages as well. The bathrooms are very clean and the cashiers and staff are very friendly. I would recommend to anyone that needs to fill up their vehicle, take a bathroom break and get a refreshing drink and/or snack. There is a Dairy Queen adjacent to the Bell Store.”

“UP TO FOUR STARS! Staffing has been fixed! The store is in shape again. The store now keeps its hours! I am happy I stuck with CVS. ? Below is my *previous* review, written *prior* to my fifteen minute phone call *from the pharmacist*, talking about my meds, and features I didn't know CVS offered. Lucy was *very* helpful, and definitely went above and beyond! ? So, just to show how far they've come:
What if your pharmacy were closed during advertised business hours, with no warning, when you were told by that pharmacy's staff the day before you could come in to pick up your necessary prescriptions? What if you went to working staff with your concerns after seeing the security gates pulled down, with no explanation posted, only to have your concerns dismissed with a hand wave?
Two stars because this is the first time this has happened, and *usually* they have been better than this for me. Changes to one star if I get ahold of their district manager on Monday and get the same treatment. They'll have work to do to get up to three or four stars.
To CVS directly: three stars is start keeping advertised hours and keep your aisles clear of obstructions. You *do* have handicapped customers, quite a few of them. You can do better.
Four stars? I am not certain what it will take to retain pharmacy staff. You have three or four faces consistently, and they're great, then there are rotating guest pharmacists, and the trainee-of-the week pharmacy assistants. Why such a turnover?
Higher-ups, I strongly suggest you ask yourselves this question and do something about it.
You have a few months before I take $13k a year in scripts to one of the other pharmacies in town, and I'm reluctant to do it because you're conveniently close and I'm familiar with you, but I'll do it if you force me.”

“I stopped by yesterday morning (23JUL2022) after driving a few hours very early in the morning to attend Honor Guard training to grab a quick bite to eat. The young lady working the register paid for my protein tray, thanked me for my service and made a very long day a more positive one. I passed it on to another later in the evening.
