Boats are starting to come out of the water and need maintenance after the long summer, guess whose open 8 hrs a week. Have a yamaha motorcycle needs maintaining according to the manual, called for an appointment was told 3 times "we'll call you back when we have an opening, never heard back. C'mon a franchise affiliated with a number of major companies needs to be open and ready to do business. Retire if you don't want to work and give it to somebody who cares--where is honda and yamaha's regional or state managers...

Older gentleman works hard. Could see how he could come across poorly to some but God Bless Him. He is still working! Did fast turnaround on my mower repair.

Advertises FFL transfers, but apparently only once a week. Should be made aware before sending anything here. Poor communication.

Rude old man. Said he was too busy to look at a simple carb cleaning on a 1 year old 400 dollar machine that would probably take 15 minutes.Not a good ambassador for the TORO brand.Save yourself some time and take your business elsewhere!!!!
